The first day that I used it, lower back pain that I had for a number of years was gone!! I use the chair daily, and the pain has not returned. It feels so good after a day of golf or other physical activity. At first, i thought it was too rough, but that is not the case any longer. The price was right, and it has the same internal mechanisms as chairs costing much more. The only drawback to getting the vinyl instead of the leather is the "squeaky" noises the vinyl makes when reclining the chair. The controls offer a large variety of different massages that you can customize to your needs and feelings. Great purchase!
